This is a great cookbook, fun to browse and featuring recipes from iconic Jersey shore establishments. Be forewarned, however, Amazon takes no care to pack this book properly so it arrived damaged. When I reported it they sent me a replacement packed the same way and equally damaged. I had to order from Wal***t to get a copy suitable for gift-giving.
I love this cookbook. All the mouthwatering recipes; the backstories to the restaurants they came from. The layout is beautifully done, great photos, this is an awesome book, even if you never make a recipe from it, ha ha. Plus, it introduced me to some places I haven't heard of, and I'm looking forward to trying these places out.
Nice collection of shore inspired favorites that remind you of summer. Gave as a gift to someone who owns a home at the beach and they have enjoyed trying new recipes
