My daughter and I just finished this book the other night. We read 3 chapters a time at bedtime and my daughter looked forward to finding out what was going to happen next in the story. We bought this book because my daughter requested more books about Tiana after she became a princess and this was an awesome addition. My only negative comment about this book is that in the very beginning the book is very descriptive of Princess Tiana's friend Charlotte and how beautiful she is, but never speaks of Tiana's beauty. I may be being a little sensitive, but it something that a made a mental note of. Overall, great book!
My 5 year old is learning to read and has always loved books. The Princess and the Frog is her favorite movie and she loves anything Princess Tiana. This book is great because it picks up where the movie left off. She's excited for me to read each night and tells me she can't wait to read it by herself. It's a nice book.
My 9 year old daughter, who is an avid reader, enjoyed the book...she read it in an hour or less. So awaiting it to be read by my younger daughter when she begins to read at that level. Good book...PROMOTE PRINCESS TIANA!!!
I liked it good bookTiana is one of my favorite princesses. She is really funny in the movie. Cool
The point of perseverance so well displayed in the film is reinforced with this sweet backstory of the Grand Opening of Tiana's Palace.
Will buy more of Tiana's books for my daughter.
My 7 yo daughter loves these books. It is so exciting to see her read each of these and then she loves to tell me what they are about.
Cute and fun read. Enjoyable companion if you're a fan of the film. Overall a nice story. Check it out. :)
